4. Payment Information

Pelekeza does not store your card or mobile money details. All payments are processed securely by:

• → Pesapal — for MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa and Mastercard payments
• → PayPal — for international USD payments

These providers have their own privacy policies and are responsible for the security of your payment data.

5. Location Data

The Pelekeza app requests access to your device's location to automatically detect your pickup point. Location access is optional — you may enter your pickup address manually if you prefer not to share your location.

We do not track your location continuously or after your ride is complete.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only:

• → With drivers — your name and pickup location to fulfil your booking
• → With payment providers — to process your payment
• → With AWS — to send transactional emails via Amazon SES
• → With authorities — if required by law

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Ride records are retained for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
